Chilli Cheese Ricecakes
Otherwise known as Tteokbokki, this is a fun carb that can be eaten as a snack or a meal - and it's awesome when drinking alcohol. This particular variation is made by stewing the rice cake together with chilli paste, soy sauce, fish cake and assorted vegetables.

Defrost for several hours for optimal quality.
Peel a small corner in the package, then place in microwave for 5 minutes (if defrosted) and 8 minutes if not defrosted. Plate or just enjoy in packaging!
