Cookbook: Crispy BBQ Duck

Preparation

Step 1

 

Place entire foil bag in pot of boiling water. Close lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

 

Step 2

 

Empty contents and ensure to open the folded boneless duck such that both halves are laid flat onto the tray as shown. 

 

Step 3

 

For best results, preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and place tray in on fan forced for 10 minutes. Then take tray out and drizzle or spray a small amount of oil onto the duck skin. Place tray into oven and grill for another 5-10 minutes until skin is golden brown.  

 

Step 4

 

Slice into even pieces and serve!
