Cookbook: Bun Varieties

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-start steamer, set at 200 degrees if option exists. 

OR boil water in a wide, flat surfaced pot or pan (must have a lid). 

Then unpack contents and lay buns evenly onto a bowl or plate which fits into the steamer/pot with boiling water.

Step 2

Carefully place bowl into the pan with boiling water (or steamer) and place lid on. Steam for 7 minutes. 

Step 3

Once done, take each bun out and leave the hot plate inside pot/steamer to allow cooling before removal. Careful of the hot lava contents inside the bun, enjoy!
