Cookbook: Korean Black Bean Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

 

Unpack noodles from packaging, and place in a pot of boiling water. Use fork or chopsticks to separate the dried noodles. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. 

 

Step 2

 

Put noodles in a strainer, and run cold water through it as you make another pot of water. Place sauce packet in and heat until sauce is liquid and warm (about 3-4 minutes depending on level of defrosting). 

 

Step 3

 

Place noodles in a large bowl for easy tossing, drizzle sauce packet over noodles. Toss thoroughly and enjoy!
