One of the quickest dishes to cook, but considerably harder to make from scratch - the kimchi pancake is an all-time korean favourite. Hot, crispy and with a slight kick you can have this dish as a meal or a snack but either way you'll be satisfied!

Preparation
Step 1
Cover entire pan base lightly with oil. Heat for 30 seconds on low heat.
Step 2
Place pancakes in whilst being careful of any hot oil. Leave to cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Flip each pancake and increase the heat to medium. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve onto a plate and allow to cool for a minute.
Step 5
Enjoy while still hot and crispy!
