Known as Dwaeji gukbap in South Korea, it is a delicious soup made by simmering pork with soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and other fresh herbs. The rich broth is perfect for adding your own noodles in to absorb the awesome flavours of the soup.

Step 1
Pour package contents into a pot, be careful of spillage if contents are not fully defrosted. If desired, prepare some fresh vegetables or boil some noodles of your choice on the side.

Step 2
Add in 100mL of water and allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes (if defrosted, 10 minutes if not defrosted) until soup is boiling. Add in any fresh vegetables or noodles you prepared on the side.
