Also called Tansuyuk, this dish is made by frying crispy pork strips and then drizzling a sweetened lemon and pineapple sauce over the top. The tartness of the sauce balances out the crunchy goodness of the fried pork and will have you wanting more.

Step 1
Take sauce packet out of packaging, and pour pork strips into air frying container. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, or 10 minutes if already defrosted for several hours.
Optional: We like to line the container with a piece of baking paper to avoid difficult washing down the track.

Step 2
Place sauce packet into a large bowl, or pot of boiling water and let it heat up like so whilst the pork strips are in the air fryer.

Step 3
Once done, carefully pour contents onto a plate.

Step 4
Cut open a small opening in the heated sauce packet and drizzle evenly over pork strips.
