Pork belly pieces are tenderized, then slow cooked in a delicious combination of sauces into a soft and succulent meat dish. Not often made at home due to its more complex preparation, this is a dish worthy of festivities.

Step 1
Heat a pan on medium heat for 30 seconds then empty contents of package into pan.

Step 2
Use spatula to break up the contents fully, ensuring each piece of pork belly is separated. Stir and spread contents across pan.

Step 3
Add 100mL of water, close lid and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then open lid to stir, and flip pork pieces to cook the other side. Close lid and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4
Check that sauce has thickened, or continue simmering until sauce is at desired thickness. Carefully plate to avoid spilling of hot sauce.

Garnish with some spring onions or shallots for the instagram shot and serve!
