A classic but delicious Japanese dish, served with a healthy serving of broccoli on the side to dip in the excess teriyaki sauce. Amazing for low carb diets and takes less than 10 minutes to whip up!

Step 1
Place broccoli florets into pot of boiling water. Let florets cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2
Lightly oil pan and heat for 30 seconds. Carefully empty teriyaki chicken packet into pan and add 50mL of water. Cover pan with lid and leave for 3 minutes.

Step 3
While chicken is cooking, strain the boiled broccoli and run cold water through it for 15-20 seconds to help restore crunchy texture. Cut florets into bite sized pieces. Return to the teriyaki chicken and stir until sauce reaches desired thickness.

Plate chicken whilst being careful of sauce splashing, and then plate broccoli onto excess teriyaki sauce.
