Preparation (No defrosting required)
Steaming
No steamer no worries! Follow below:
Place provided steaming sheet into a heat safe plate, dim sim on top and place into a pan as shown above.
Fill pan up with water until water level is just short of the plate. Note: Once water begins to boil, water level will rise slightly and we do not want the dumplings to be in direct contact with the water.
Turn on cooktop, place lid on and boil on medium heat for 20 minutes. If water runs out, add more.
Once done, CAREFULLY remove plate - or simply move dumplings into a separate plate and allow the one used to cook cool down before removing.
Air fry & Oven
Spread items evenly across the tray and heat at 180 degrees for...
Air fryer: 15 minutes (flip each over at 10 minutes for optimal results)
Oven: 20 minutes (flip each over at 15 minutes for optimal results)
Microwave
Pork Bean Curd Wrap
Heat in microwave for 5-7 minutes, adjust timing based on microwave wattage/power. Wait until steamed and air fried items are about halfway cooked before starting!
BBQ Pork Buns
Place in a plate, glad wrap over the top to retain moisture and heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Wait until steamed and air fried items are almost cooked before starting!
